CLIENTS OBJECTIVE : Tough Street-Rod Slant 6 Sleeper !

From what started as a mild custom SV1 Street sleeper, this Valiant S-Series promises to be one eye-catching, very modified Street-Rod ! Featuring performance mods like Fuel Injected/Turbocharged 225 Slant 6, performance floor shifted Torqueflite 904 Automatic transmission, custom differential with LSD and front & rear disc brakes. Body mods include shave & shortened bumper bars, fabricated radiator support panel, fabricated one-off billet alloy grille insert, 17' 'Intro' wheels all round and plenty of small nuances that will really make this Valiant SV1 pop !

13-08-09
As seen in the images below, the front-end has now been fully rebuilt and now flaunts it's new braking system. Note the custom brake booster, this modification should provide this SV1 with adequate braking without hindering the minimal amount of engine compartment space available. The final trial-fit of wheel looks great.

Due to some last minute engine layout changes we are doing one last engine trial-fit. The images below show that we now have excellent brake booster clearance, the engine valve cover can be removed without issue which was a design point that we particularly wanted to implement.

These shots show progress on this one of a kind Sv1 Valiant. Modern headlamps really set the front of this car off and as you can see from the images below, the 'Chrysler Mineral Grey Metallic' has been brought into the lower portion of the customised dash panel. More images to follow shortly.

Here's some new shots of this SV1 sporting some of it's new trim, bumpers, lights and interior. This is one nice looking Valiant SV1 sedan.

After some in-house trials & tribulations, this SV1 is finally getting very close to finished. Currently away getting the exhaust done and final engine management wiring. More to follow...
